3 Ways to Get Great Exercise!

1-Take Your Dog For A Walk. Next time you take your dog for a walk, make it swift or even a jog. Pick up the pace to increase your heart rate. You'll be burning calories in no time!

2-Take Someone Else's Dog For A Walk. Okay, so you don't have a dog. So next time, tag a long with your neighbor when they go out to walk their dog. It'll get you out of the house and shak'in off the Winter Blues.

3-Take Yourself for A Walk. You don't have a dog and neither does your neighbor. Or, maybe you just don't like your neighbor! The time is now to get out and burn some calories. Walking is great exercise, and you don't have to be intimidated by some fitness buff girl at the gym. It's just you and the road!
