- I am a wife, mother of 3, and business owner. I love to take care of myself through eating well and exercise. Living in the mountains serves our family well as we enjoy boating on our lake, hiking and running in the woods, skiing, snowboarding, fishing...we do it all. My passion in life is to help people develop self esteem and confidence. This has been my greatest challenge, and now that I am about to turn 40 I am pleased to share the tools that have propelled my success with others. More of my favorite things...hmmm...Laughs with friends and family, yoga overlooking the lake, pilates, coffee in the am while looking at the view, snuggling under the covers, a warm fire, dressing up and feeling sexy, simple moments with my husband and kids, my son Zach ( I am very proud of him as he is now an adult) a Midori margarita, dancing, ice skating, reading a great spiritual book, a funny movie, a theater production, getting on a plane to go on a new adventure, shopping, buying girl clothes in particular, thriving in business, a porsche carerra...hearing and experiencing an inspirational moment (people often impress me with their discoveries). I enjoy loving life!!!
